Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Crucible, operated by Abhishek Janjalkar. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
1. Free tier first
Crucible offers a free tier so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to try it before subscribing.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first Pro purchase, contact us within 14 days of that purchase and we will refund it in full — no complicated conditions.
3. Renewals and ongoing periods
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.
- After the 14-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time — but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may make exceptions at our discretion (for example, a clear service fault or a duplicate/accidental charge).
4. How to cancel
Cancel from your account page (Manage billing), or email us and we'll help. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day window above.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your purchase details. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
